Refund policy

At Neuroscience Advisors, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Returns

Unused, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To request a return, please contact us at support@ez1020.com before returning any merchandise. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are used in patient care and clinical environments, opened or used products generally cannot be returned due to product integrity and patient safety considerations.

This generally includes:

  • Disposable EEG electrodes that have been opened or used
  • ez1020® Measurement Tapes that have been opened or used
  • Opened skin preparation products, including NuPrep® and TEN20®
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Products that are not in resalable condition

If you believe your product is defective or there has been an error with your order, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@ez1020.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We will promptly work with you to replace the product or issue an appropriate refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
