Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
At this time, Neuroscience Advisors, LLC primarily ships within the United States.
If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact us at support@ez1020.com. We are happy to evaluate international shipping options on a case-by-case basis.
